Booking for non member engagement
Takeaways
The biggest challenge with this project was actually finding people to interview who knew about or used the Anytime Fitness App, so reaching out for users on Facebook was a good enough alternative.
The first people we interview said they wouldn't find use for a gym app, so it was important to keep asking questions that would encourage them to tell us what kind of features would sprout a desire for the app. This was both challenging and inspiring. We realised there is a proper way to conduct ourselves and respond when a interviewee starts off not offering much information.
Since this was a re-design project, keeping the visual aspects up with the brand was key.
